Quarterly Inspections: $40 per month

Routine property checks with a full report [interior and exterior] to ensure tenant compliance and property condition.​

Guaranteed Pay: $105 per month​

Peace of mind with guaranteed pay by the 10th of the month regardless if tenant has paid or not. This plan also comes with Eviction Coverage in the event we need to evict the tenant, we cover the cost of eviction and replace the new tenant free of charge.​
